Things went smoothly and everything closed on time. No complaints about the process itself. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
The only reason for not a perfect score overall is that they sold my contact info. The junk mail and probable spam afterwards has been overwhelming and disturbing.

I was referred to Fabio late in the buying process due to concerns over the lender I was working with. The deal I had just didn't make sense and I was reconsidering buying. Within one conversation with Fabio, I was able to resolve all my concerns and got rates far more favorable than what I was finding with other lenders. Fabio and his team were quick to respond to all my questions during the buying process and were always happy to jump on a call to help explain anything I needed. I closed on my house yesterday and it was largely due to the help/guidance that Fabio provided. I cannot recommend Fabio and his team highly enough.

Fabio really made time to walk us through this process. To take time to explain things to us, and then to help us move quickly through the process when necessary as interest rates were shifting.
