Fabio managed expectations 100%. The back office - processors / underwriters were equally efficient as well as the firm portal. They made it easy to provide documentation and communicate. Everything went very smooth. I've been in the Banking / Broker Dealer business for over 25 years. I do not give out 5 star very easily. They are 5 stars champs. Bravo and brava!!

Even though the Banking / Lending systems ( regulations and FNMAE requirements) are cumbersome, tedious, and outdated - NJ Lenders and Fabio's team made it easy to provide documentation and communicate. Everything went very smooth. I've been in the Banking / Broker Dealer business for over 25 years. I do not give out 5 star ratings very easily or do I post reviews. They are 5 stars champs. Bravo and brava!!
