Don't waste your time going and shopping for mortgage rates. Fabio won't just give you a great rate,but he is so honest and experienced in his space, he will give you very sincere and honest advise. He has not only helped me with best rate,but also has been a friend I could call and get all my concerns and queries answered. He and his team( Andria ) were simply amazing. Right from gathering all the paper work to closing. Everything was extremely smooth and easy!

Fabio was incredible from the start. First time home owner and he explained everything to us in terms we could understand. He was friendly and jovial but always professional. It’s a long process but he made it shorter by always being available on cell phone even after hours. Or texting! The communication was top notch. Andria was great too - it must be a thankless job and the requests from underwriting can appear endless - but I wouldn’t fault her for doing her job and doing it well!
