Fabio was fantastic right up until closing. We spent months looking at different mortgage lenders and Fabio was the most consistent with us so we went with NJ Lenders. Our closing was delayed by the seller a week, and Fabio promised everything was still fine. Except that he was not aware the closer at NJ Lenders was out of the office mid week. Then he tried covering his tracks and misled us by blaming the title company. We almost didn’t close because of this. Beyond this, Fabio did very well.
